These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jlbos platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and all other services offered. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

All transactions on jlbos are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment methods are accepted. Minimum deposit is ₱100.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by jlbos are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus abuse may result in account restriction.
jlbos operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes not resolved through jlbos's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR.

2.1 By registering an Account on the jlbos Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use any jlbos services.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlbos. They should be read in conjunction with jlbos's Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms that apply to individual offers, all of which are incorporated by reference.
2.3 Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jlbos will notify registered Players of material changes by email or platform notification.
3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the jlbos Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework for licensed online gaming operators. jlbos strictly enforces this requirement — there are no exceptions.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The jlbos Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. jlbos does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
3.3 Competency. You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are of sound mind, and that you are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and financial decisions. You are not acting under duress or as a proxy for any other person.
3.4 PAGCOR Exclusion Lists. You are not registered on PAGCOR's exclusion list or any other self-exclusion register applicable to Philippine online gaming. Persons on any exclusion list are not eligible to register or maintain a jlbos Account.
4.1 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the jlbos Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus Balances, and potential forfeiture of Real Money Balances pending investigation.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your legal full name, Philippine mobile number or email address, date of birth, and residential address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). jlbos is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all registered Players. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include:
4.4 Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted pending completion of KYC verification. jlbos aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one (1) business day of complete documentation submission.
4.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. jlbos strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication. You must notify jlbos support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
5.1 All deposits on the jlbos Platform are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may require additional verification documentation.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jlbos accepts deposits via the following approved Philippine payment channels:
5.3 jlbos only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — from accounts belonging to other individuals — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the source account placed under review.
5.4 jlbos does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own service fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
5.5 Deposits are made for gaming purposes only. jlbos is not a financial institution. The Platform's wallet is not a savings or investment account and does not accrue interest.
6.1 Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to all Players with a fully verified (KYC-complete) Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following processing times:
6.3 jlbos reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱100,000 within any 30-day period. This is a PAGCOR-mandated Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirement.
6.4 Only Real Money Balance is withdrawable. Bonus Balance must first satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before any portion becomes withdrawable. jlbos will clearly indicate the withdrawable portion of a Player's wallet balance at the time of withdrawal request.
6.5 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending investigation if jlbos has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.
7.1 jlbos offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 General Bonus Conditions. Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all jlbos bonuses:
7.3 jlbos may modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be disadvantaged by changes made after their opt-in, except where required by regulatory direction from PAGCOR.
8.1 The rules applicable to each individual game available on the jlbos Platform — including live casino games, bingo, slots, and sports betting — are displayed within the respective game interface or game rules section. These game-specific rules govern the conduct of play and the determination of outcomes.
8.2 All game outcomes on the jlbos Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer processes, as applicable to each game type. jlbos's RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and compliance.
8.3 jlbos reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds display. Where a game result is in dispute, jlbos's records constitute the authoritative record of play and jlbos's decision is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Clause 16.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Bets exceeding published table maximums may be reduced or voided at jlbos's discretion.
8.5 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets are subject to jlbos's Sports Betting Rules, accessible from the sports section of the Platform. Markets may be suspended or voided at jlbos's discretion where an event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbos Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.3 jlbos reserves the right to proactively apply responsible gaming restrictions — including temporary limits or mandatory cooling-off periods — to any Account where jlbos identifies patterns of play consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the Player has self-initiated a request.

11.1 jlbos reserves the right to suspend or close any Account — temporarily or permanently — in the following circumstances:
11.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, jlbos will notify the Player within 72 hours of suspension and will endeavour to conclude the investigation within 30 days. The Real Money Balance will be held securely during the investigation period.
11.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jlbos support via live chat. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of final KYC checks, within 5 business days of the closure request.
12.1 All content on the jlbos Platform — including but not limited to the jlbos name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of jlbos or its licensed game providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlbos Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
13.1 The jlbos Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlbos makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or defects, or fitness for any particular purpose.
13.2 jlbos's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the Player's Real Money Balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.3 jlbos shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from: (i) interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (ii) telecommunications or internet service failures beyond jlbos's reasonable control; (iii) unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security; or (iv) any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
14.1 The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by jlbos is governed by the jlbos Privacy Policy, accessible at jlbos.win/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
14.2 jlbos collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as applicable PAGCOR directives on player data.
14.3 jlbos is required by PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering framework to report certain large or suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. By registering, you acknowledge and consent to this reporting obligation.
15.1 jlbos reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amendment takes effect.
15.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographic corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any term, or updates required for regulatory compliance) may take effect immediately upon publication.
15.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
16.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the jlbos Platform, you must first contact jlbos customer support via live chat or email to attempt informal resolution. jlbos aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
16.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved through jlbos's internal process within the above timeframe, and your complaint falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaints channel.
16.4 Jurisdiction. If the dispute is not resolved through the above processes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
